Scott Seifert

Scott Seifert graduated from St. Leo University Summa Cum Laude and received his Jurist Doctor degree from Stetson University College of Law, graduating with Honors in 1987. Scott was ranked in the top ten percent of his class, served as a teaching fellow and received numerous academic awards. Scott served as an assistant city attorney for the City of Orlando. He has extensive litigation experience and has tried numerous cases to jury verdict. Scott represented major manufacturers and insurance companies on a statewide basis in personal injury claims and trials. Scott is admitted to practice in all Florida courts and is a member of the Federal District Courts for the Middle District of Florida and the Southern District of Florida, as well as a member of the Southern District Trial Bar and the U.S. Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeal. Additionally, Scott is a member of the American Association of Justice, the Florida Justice Association and the Orange County Bar Association. He has served as an officer of various civic organizations and is an active volunteer donating his time and legal services. He focuses his efforts on programs involving youth and youth sports. Scott is a member of the Board of Directors of the Center for Dug-Free Living/Midnight Basketball.
